I consider a womens motorcycle event to be either a motorcycle event for women only, an event which is called a womens or ladies event, or an event for all riders which is run by a womens motorcycle club or riding club. |

WINGS 6th Annual Benefit Ride
WINGS (Women in Need Growing Stronger)
Fun, food, and prizes. Tickets are $20 per person. Register before May 1, 2006 and recieve a commemorative t-shirt, pin, 2 poker hands, free lunch, and a chance to win a $100 bonus prize. Register after May 1, 2006 and recieve free lunch and one poker hand.
Registration is from 9:00 am. to 11:00 am. Riders can take off in groups or pairs at any time after they register. Stops include Lily Lake Resort, Kevan's, J.R.'s Broken Inn, and Horizontal's. The ride is approximately 80 miles and circles back around to J.D. Bootlegger's. Once back, pick your cards in search of the best poker hand. Over 130 raffle prizes are up for grabs! A sloppy joe lunch complete with baked bean, salad and chips is included (vegetarians - not to worry - we'll have something for you too!)
WINGS is also raffling off a 2006 Harley Davidson Road King Classic or $10,000 cash. The lucky winner does not need to be present. Tickets are $20 each - only 2,500 will be sold!
All proceeds benefit WINGS - Women In Need Growing Stronger - a non-profit social service agency that provides housing and emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence and homelessness in the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago's Cook County.

Ride-In For Breast Cancer Awareness
Riders from across Maryland and Delaware and other areas will come together to ride for Breast Cancer Awareness on September 30th, 2006 to the Federalsburg VFW in Federalsburg, Maryland from 12 noon until 8 P.M. Ride from your areas to meet up with other bikers at one of many designated meeting places near you and ride as a group or alone to the Federalsburg VFW in Maryland. "Bike Show, "New Biker Games", and "Tug Of War Competition", and Tattoo Contests with prizes and trophies for all. Everyone over 21 is invited to participate and compete in these events. Many vendors, food and drink will be available as well as a silent auction and door prizes. There will be live music all day. All riders and walk/drive-ins will be welcomed! You do not have to ride-in with a group. Admission is $10 per person at the gate. Bike Show Entry Fee: $10 per bike. Don't miss a chance to make a difference!
